Dr. B.L. Bhargav

Dr. Bhargav holds an Ayurved Ratna degree from the University of Allahabad, India, and is a member of the Indian Rural Health Services and Research Center and Community Health. He's also certified by CCAT, MHRD, Govt of India. Currently, he leads the whole team and is responsible for all organizational operations.

He's a visionary leader who founded two impactful organisations - Lok Kalyan Bharat Sansthan and Raj Rishi Aurvigyan Swasthya Anusandhan Sansthan. And now, Oxford Foundation is taking their mission forward in education, working under these two organisations.
